Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day IT and network operations.
- Assist with administration and maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Support Windows Enterprise and Linux server operating systems.
- Assist with monitoring cloud, physical, and virtual infrastructure environments.
- Support virtualization platforms including VMware, KVM, and Xen.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network issues.
- Support infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and operational readiness activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and support records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements.
Required Experience/Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT I requirements.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with computer systems,
- information technology, or networking.
- Experience with Windows Enterprise and Linux server administration.
- Knowledge of network vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies.
- Experience supporting cloud, physical, and virtual infrastructure environments.
- Experience with hypervisors including VMware, KVM, and Xen.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Special Requirements/Security Clearance
- Active Secret clearance required
