About the Role

We're looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer who's excited about leveraging AI coding tools to build smarter, faster, and better. If you're curious about how AI is transforming the way we write code - and want to be at the forefront of that shift - this role is for you.

You'll be a key contributor to our engineering team, working across our full stack:

●        Backend: PHP powering robust, scalable server-side applications

●        Frontend: Angular creating dynamic, responsive user experiences

●        AI-Enhanced Development: Explore and integrate AI coding assistants to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve complex problems faster

This isn't just about maintaining code - you'll design and deliver features that matter, solve real technical challenges, and help define how AI tooling fits into our development workflow.

Key Responsibilities

●        Build & Ship: Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack—from database to UI—using modern best practices and AI-powered development tools.

Requirements

     ●        3-5 years of software development experience (or a recent bootcamp/degree grad with strong demonstrable skills)

●        Strong proficiency in at least one major language (PHP, Angular, JavaScript, or similar)

●        Full stack development experience - you're comfortable working across backend and frontend

●        Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, automated testing tools, documentation generators) to improve productivity and code quality. You understand both the benefits and limitations of AI in software development.

●        Problem-solving mindset - you enjoy digging into complex technical challenges

●        Collaboration skills - you communicate clearly, listen actively, and celebrate wins with your team
