From concept and architectural planning to construction and interior design, our company delivers comprehensive project management with a focus on quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and client satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated and organised Client Success Assistant to join our team on a Full-Time basis in United, Louisiana, United States. The ideal candidate will be a crucial support to our client management team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients from project inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing regular project updates with professionalism and care.
Assist Client Success Managers with administrative and organisational tasks to ensure projects run smoothly.
Maintain and update client records, project documentation, and communication logs with a high degree of accuracy.
Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients, architects, designers, and the construction team.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials as required.
Support the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and communicated effectively.
Help to resolve any client issues promptly, escalating them to the appropriate team member when necessary.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or administrative support role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to client success.
Experience in the construction, architecture, or design industry is desirable but not essential.
