JOB PURPOSE
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.I

- Support operational excellence by following store procedures and maintaining high standards across all retail activities.
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador, consistently bringing the Burberry Experience to life in every customer interaction.

- Previous luxury, fashion, hospitality, or high end customer-facing experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine connections with a diverse customer base.
