Salary: £13.30 - £14.30 per hour depending on experience

You'll be responsible for the upkeep and care of the home’s gardens. You will maintain buildings and equipment effectively while complying with all relevant Bupa Standard Operating Procedures, legislation, and industry best practices. Your role is crucial in ensuring our accommodation meets Bupa’s cultural and brand values.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Maintaining lawns, looking after flowerbeds, borders and hedges, weeding and pruning our shrubs and small trees

• Advise the Home Manager on potential gardening issues and help to plan areas that require improvement

• Occasionally, you will assist the Maintenance team with other ad hoc duties in and around the home.

With a passion for gardening, you will take real pride in your work. You will enjoy maintaining and developing the home’s gardens, ensuring our residents can enjoy the pleasant and relaxing environment.
