Your Mission
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) is a monthly corporate management process that aligns a company’s demand, supply, and financial plans to ensure everyone works towards the same strategic goals.
As S&OP (Sales and Operational Planning) AI Enablement Intern, you will help transform how our global planning team works. You will experiment with various tools and create real impact by improving productivity and support key decision-making.
What you will do
· Test new AI use cases and bring ideas to life
· Use AI (M365 package, etc) to enhance productivity
· Automate repetitive processes (with Power Automate, or any other tool you’d recommend / is available)
· Improve planning workflows with data and automation
· Work with stakeholders across supply chain and business
· Build and / or enhance dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making, or create improved visualizations / data storytelling
· Identify quick wins: what could save people time, reduce errors, bring new perspectives, or trigger ideas

About you:
Eligibility:
- You are available for 5-6 months (preferred start in Sep/Oct), 3 days/week, and are able to work hybrid – min 2 days in our Amsterdam office.
- In-line with the Dutch legislation, your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a School or University for the full duration of the internship, AND: (1) The internship is part of your curriculum, or otherwise supported by your University: the University can issue a statement in this sense, and/or co-sign an internship agreement. AND,
(2) If non-EU/EEA citizen, you’re confident your university will sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
Please note we cannot proceed with an internship agreement without these University issued documents. We ask that you confirm this with your University before applying for this role.
Requirements:
· You are a senior student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for the entire duration of the internship, preferably in a Data Science, Computer Science, Business Management, Intelligence, Analytics track.
· Fluent Business English language skills, both written and verbal.
· High affinity and practical knowledge of applying AI, business intelligence tools and data analysis. Relevant AI projects / applications outside of school assignments are a big plus.
· Experience with M365 package preferred, or willingness to learn (Copilot, Power BI etc)

· A monthly internship allowance of €500 based on a 40-hour work week. For fewer hours, the allowance will be prorated accordingly.
