What You'll Do

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee status changes.

Support recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Process promotions, transfers, compensation changes, leaves, and terminations.

Benefits & Payroll

Administer employee benefits and support enrollment activities.

Serve as a resource for employee benefit questions.

Support payroll processing, audits, and employee inquiries.

Coordinate open enrollment and leave administration.

HR Systems & Reporting

Maintain accurate data in HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.

Generate reports and workforce metrics.

Support system enhancements, testing, and automation initiatives.

Compliance & Employee Support

Help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Support audits, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements.

Serve as a first point of contact for HR questions.

Support employee engagement, communication, and HR programs.


What We're Looking For

Required

3–5 years of HR operations, HR administration, or HR generalist experience.

Experience with benefits administration and HR systems.

Working knowledge of payroll processes and employment law compliance.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.

Preferred

ADP Workforce Now experience.

Multi-state HR experience.

Experience supporting payroll, benefits, and leave administration.

SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification.
