Assistant Growth & Operations Manager - Singl

Responsible for leading team of Buff Care Specialists (Supervisors, Production and Guest Services) with responsibilities including administrative (ordering, inventory management, scheduling), HR Responsibilities (including hiring, terminating and feedback and evaluations), key-holder, opening and closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Buff Care Specialists (Production, Guest Services and Supervisors).
• Schedule, manage and mentor team members.
• Ensure all store operations are cost effective, utilize best practices and are legally compliant.
• Assist the Growth & Operations Manager and Growth & Operations Leader with all aspects of daily operations.
• Ensure all store operations are cost effective, utilize best practices and are legally compliant.
• Assist the Growth & Operations Manager and Growth & Operations Leader with implementing strategies to improve store performance.
• Purchase and manage raw materials and operating supplies, plan inventory, oversee storage efficiency and ensure that there are no “stock outs” of materials.
• Engage in making all BCS products (including necessary packaging and labeling).
• Perform quality controls on all products and monitor production levels.
• Manage store operations and appearance as set forth in the Buff City Soap Store Operations, Training & Reference Manual.
• Cheerfully greet all customers and welcome them to the store.  Follow guidelines provided during training for guest service interaction. Ensure all team members are in adherence to guest service interaction guidelines. Answer guest questions and familiarize them with BCS products and their benefits.
