Automated Paint Line Technician

Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Office - Kings Mountain, NC 28086Position Type: Full TimeWe are seeking a Paint Line Technician to join our growing team!

Full-time employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus! Eligible employees can receive an additional $1 per hour, for every hour worked, in addition to their hourly wages for working their scheduled shift.

The Paint Line Technician is responsible for

Hanging parts to be coated
Once processed, remove parts for inspection
Adhere to quality standards and production goals
Maintain a clean workspace
May be required to perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Paint Line Technician Requirements

Ability to Lift 50 pounds above head on a consistent basis
Flexibility to rotate to a different operation within the facility as needed
Ability to work overtime on the weekend as business conditions indicate
Willingness to cross train on numerous product lines
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to communicate with urgency to team leader / supervisor on any nonconforming issues as they arrive
