The Section of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine/ Boston Medical Center seeks a Hematologist to join its program in Hematology and Hematologic Malignancies. Our rapidly expanding program has a strong track record of success as a leader in amyloidosis, autologous stem cell transplantation, cellular therapies, gene therapy, sickle cell disease, general benign and malignant hematology. The successful candidate will have outstanding clinical expertise in the care of patients with hematologic disorders and the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team. Opportunities within the program include participation in and leadership in clinical trials and collaborations with investigators pursuing a range of basic, translational, and health care delivery research projects. The successful candidate will also engage in teaching students, residents, and fellows in ambulatory and inpatient settings. Opportunities for leadership in medical education are also available.
