QUELLES SERONT VOS MISSIONS ?
En tant qu’ambassadeur e-commerce, vous offrirez une expérience client premium tout en atteignant vos objectifs de vente et d’achat.
Vos missions :
• Répondre aux demandes d’achat, de vente ou d’échange de montres (téléphone, e-mail, showroom).
• Accompagner les clients tout au long du processus, y compris sur les questions après-vente.
• Négocier les prix dans le cadre défini afin d’optimiser la marge.
• Relancer les clients ayant reçu une estimation pour soutenir la croissance des stocks.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes logistique, service et retail.
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS :
- Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie avec les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI's).
- Doté d'une forte appétence pour la négociation, vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans la vente de biens ou le secteur du retail.
- Votre motivation et votre orientation résultats sont des atouts majeurs.
- Vous possédez une première expérience en relation clientèle, notamment par téléphone et email.
- Vous faites preuve d'un excellent sens de l'organisation et savez gérer les priorités efficacement.
- Vos compétences en communication sont solides et vous permettent d'interagir avec aisance.
- Un niveau d'anglais courant est impératif.
