As a Field People Support Manager, you'll be a trusted partner to our restaurant leaders, helping build great teams, support our people, and keep our culture strong across the region. From recruiting and coaching to employee relations and training, you'll have a direct impact on the success of our restaurants and the Roadies who make them legendary. Your Recipe for Success
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Training & Development, or equivalent experience
- Has 2+ years of Human Resources or recruiting experience, or 4+ years of restaurant management experience
- Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with a variety of people
- Enjoys coaching, developing, and supporting leaders
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Brings strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Leads with integrity and professionalism
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Can travel up to 40% to support restaurants and field teams
What's On Your Plate
In this role, you'll:
- Partner with Regional Partners, Market Partners, Managing Partners, and Support Center teams to support our people-first culture
- Help attract, recruit, and select top management and hourly talent
- Review staffing needs and support restaurants with recruiting strategies and hiring plans
- Interview management candidates and provide hiring recommendations
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, job postings, and hiring initiatives
- Investigate and help resolve employee relations concerns
- Coach and advise restaurant leaders on policies, compliance, and people-related matters
- Assist with training and education programs that help our teams succeed
- Support new restaurant openings with hiring, training, and people processes
- Help develop restaurant Admins and support key field programs
- Monitor HR metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support HR audits and compliance initiatives
- Stay informed on employment laws and HR best practices
- Serve as a reliable partner and resource for the Field People team
