GENERAL DESCRIPTION

BRP is establishing a new Dealer Experience squad responsible for developing and evolving the digital solutions used by our global dealer network, including BossWeb.

Our Salesforce environment supports approximately 1,300 internal users and more than 25,000 external users who rely on our dealer portal every day. The platform includes Salesforce Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow, as well as multiple APIs and integrations with BRP’s broader enterprise ecosystem.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will help design, develop and support solutions that are essential to our dealers’ daily operations. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary and international team located in Brazil and Canada.

We are looking for an experienced developer who can independently deliver Salesforce solutions and actively contribute to technical decisions, solution quality and the resolution of complex issues.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform;

  • Build and enhance Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow solutions;

  • Participate in technical analysis and feature estimation;

  • Own development work from technical design through deployment;

  • Collaborate with functional analysts, architects and other developers;

  • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with other systems;

  • Assess the impact of changes on connected components and systems;

  • Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team;

  • Create automated tests to ensure delivery quality;

  • Contribute to diagnosing and resolving production issues;

  • Participate in deployments and the continuous improvement of CI/CD practices;

  • Improve solution performance, security and maintainability;

  • Participate actively in squad ceremonies and activities.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A minimum of three years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably within a complex enterprise environment;

  • Demonstrated experience independently delivering Salesforce features from technical design through deployment;

  • Good command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and the Salesforce data model;

  • A good understanding of Salesforce development, testing and security practices;

  • Experience with APIs and integrations between applications;

  • The ability to analyze and resolve technical issues involving multiple components or systems;

  • Experience with Git, CI/CD practices and Salesforce deployments;

  • The ability to contribute to code reviews and share good practices with other developers;

  • An interest in understanding business processes and the broader application ecosystem;

  • A collaborative, pragmatic and quality-focused approach;

  • The ability to communicate and work effectively within an international team;

  • Experience with Experience Cloud, SAP integrations or a manufacturing environment is considered an asset;

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or another relevant certification is considered an asset;

  • English proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to participate in meetings and communicate effectively within an international team.
