GENERAL DESCRIPTION
BRP is establishing a new Dealer Experience squad responsible for developing and evolving the digital solutions used by our global dealer network, including BossWeb.
Our Salesforce environment supports approximately 1,300 internal users and more than 25,000 external users who rely on our dealer portal every day. The platform is connected to multiple applications and enterprise systems through APIs and integrations.
As a Business Analyst, you will help the squad understand the needs of dealers and internal teams, analyze business processes and translate those needs into clear and feasible solutions.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary and international team located in Brazil and Canada. You will contribute to new features, continuous improvement and the resolution of production issues.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Understand and document the needs of dealers and internal teams;
Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities;
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify needs and expected outcomes;
Translate needs into user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria;
Collaborate with developers, architects, the Product Manager and other squad members;
Participate in backlog refinement and feature estimation;
Understand data, integrations and dependencies with connected systems;
Assess the functional impact of proposed changes;
Contribute to the design of simple solutions that meet user needs;
Prepare and execute functional tests;
Support users in preparing and executing acceptance tests;
Participate in demonstrations and feature validation;
Contribute to diagnosing incidents and production issues;
Document processes, decisions and delivered features;
Promote clear communication between business and technical teams.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in a technology environment;
Experience analyzing and documenting business processes;
The ability to translate complex needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria;
Experience with agile methods and working within a product squad;
A good understanding of enterprise systems, data and integrations between applications;
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform;
Experience preparing and executing functional and acceptance tests;
The ability to analyze issues end to end, even when they involve multiple systems or teams;
The ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences;
An analytical and curious mindset, with a structured approach to problem solving;
Autonomy, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics;
A collaborative approach focused on user needs;
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, SAP, B2B portals or a manufacturing environment is considered an asset;
Salesforce Business Analyst or another relevant certification is considered an asset;
English proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to participate in meetings, facilitate discussions and communicate effectively within an international team.
