About this role
We are looking for a skilled and
detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for
someone who thrives on understanding business needs, translating them into
clear requirements, and working closely with technical and non-technical
stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
You’ll work across the full project lifecycle — from
requirements gathering and process mapping to testing and implementation — in a
fast-paced, high-standards environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather, document, and validate business
requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and observation
• Map current-state business processes
and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into
functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate between business
stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet the stated need
• Design and execute test scripts, UAT
plans, and end-to-end validation for new features and system changes
• Produce clear process documentation,
training material, and handover guides
• Support reporting and data analysis
to inform business decisions
• Assist with system configuration,
workflows, and ongoing enhancements across business platforms
Requirements
Core Technical Skills
· 3–5 years’ experience in a Business
Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
· Strong understanding of business
process analysis and requirements engineering
· Proficiency in process mapping tools
(e.g. draw.io, Visio, or similar)
· Experience writing functional
specifications, user stories, and test scripts
· Proficiency in understanding data
flows and system integrations
· Experience with project or workflow
tools (e.g. Jira, Zoho Projects, or similar)
· Exposure to CRM, ERP, or e-commerce
platforms (e.g. Zoho, Shopify) is advantageous
