Your key responsibilities

Join Rocco Forte Hotels as a Maitre D' and be the welcoming face of Charlie's Restaurant, delivering sophisticated service and creating memorable dining experiences. Working closely with the Charlie's Management team, you will ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will manage reservations, coordinate table plans, and oversee seating arrangements to ensure a smooth and personalised arrival experience. You will confidently handle booking enquiries, special occasions, VIP guests, and dietary requirements, ensuring every detail is delivered with care.

Leading by example on the restaurant floor, you will maintain exceptional standards, support the team during service, and anticipate guest needs with warmth and professionalism. Your dedication and attention to detail will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.
