Your key responsibilities

Join our dedicated Housekeeping team and play a vital role in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our beautiful hotel rooms. As an Evening Room Attendant, you will help ensure our guests experience the exceptional comfort and attention to detail synonymous with the Rocco Forte name.

With your impeccable standards and eye for perfection — from a flawlessly made bed to a sparkling mirror — you’ll create an atmosphere of calm and luxury that allows our guests to truly relax. You’ll take pride in working independently while also contributing to a supportive, professional team, communicating with warmth, confidence, and discretion.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Clean and maintain rooms to the highest standards.

• Restock supplies and ensure amenities are in place.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.

• Report maintenance issues or damages to management.

• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
