Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor client files for timeliness, open items, accounting and audit records, and other actions
as necessary.
• Respond to client and carrier requests/questions within ability/knowledge timely
• Review documents such as policies, changes, endorsement and audits for accuracy.
• Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as determined by client and brokers needs

• Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time
efficiently.
• Interpersonal skills—the individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and
exhibits willingness to try new things.
• Oral communication—the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative

numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information.

and analyzes information skillfully and maintains confidentiality.
• Quality control—the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own
work to ensure quality.
• Adaptability—the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing
demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
Qualifications:
• Current enrollment in Business program including, but not limited to Risk Management, Finance,
Accounting and Marketing
• Superior communications skills (written and verbal
