Brook Green Supply (BGS) is a leading independent B2B energy supplier, delivering tailored energy supply and Net-Zero solutions to industrial and commercial consumers.
This is a full-time role based in Hammersmith, London, with hybrid working three days a week in the office.
As an Account Manager Coordinator, you will support the TPI and Direct Sales channels by coordinating tenders, onboarding and client queries accurately and efficiently.
You will act as a trusted point of contact in the absence of Account Managers, helping maintain service continuity, strong client relationships and smooth handovers to post-sales teams.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Manage the tendering process for TPI Sales and Direct Sales channels, including customer vetting against target market and credit guidelines.
- Log tenders accurately on CRM systems in line with KPIs and communicate key requests to relevant teams.
- Identify anomalies in tender data, raise queries with clients and support Account Managers in obtaining better quality data.
- Maintain accuracy when setting up tenders, pricing and contract documentation before submission.
- Onboard new clients accurately to support a smooth transition to post-sales teams.
- Liaise with Commercial and Operations teams on tender, contract and customer queries.
- Create and issue contract offers in the absence of the Account Manager and support price feedback where required.
- Answer incoming sales calls promptly, manage queries and escalate issues where needed.
- Support service continuity by keeping TPIs, customers and internal stakeholders informed.
- Experience in a corporate customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-focused, organised and able to manage time effectively.
- Able to identify improvement opportunities and support practical solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM or industry-specific platforms.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment with changing priorities.
