About this role
- Melakukan pengecekan dan maintenance mesin ATM secara rutin.
- Menangani gangguan ringan pada ATM seperti paper jam, receipt habis, atau error operasional.
- Melakukan penggantian consumable ATM seperti kertas struk dan journal paper.
- Memastikan kondisi ATM bersih, normal, dan siap digunakan nasabah.
- Melakukan monitoring kondisi ATM dan melaporkan kerusakan kepada teknisi terkait.
- Membantu proses replenishment dan pengecekan cash ATM sesuai prosedur.
- Menjalankan preventive maintenance untuk meminimalisir downtime ATM.
- Membuat laporan hasil kunjungan dan maintenance ATM setiap hari.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim monitoring, teknisi, dan pihak bank terkait kendala ATM.
