About this role
- Mengawasi seluruh proses operasional di Cash Processing Center (CPC)
- Memastikan proses penerimaan, penghitungan, dan penyortiran uang berjalan sesuai SOP
- Mengontrol proses cash sorting, counting, balancing, dan packaging
- Memastikan akurasi hasil penghitungan dan mencegah selisih kas (cash discrepancy)
- Mengawasi penggunaan mesin counting dan sistem cash processing
- Mengatur dan membagi tugas tim operasional CPC
- Memastikan standar keamanan uang tunai diterapkan dengan ketat
- Melakukan verifikasi dan validasi hasil proses cash sebelum diserahkan ke pihak terkait
- Menangani dan investigasi jika terjadi selisih atau error proses
- Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait aktivitas CPC
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim cash management, audit, dan operasional cabang
- Memastikan target SLA proses pengolahan cash terpenuhi
- Memberikan arahan, coaching, dan evaluasi kinerja tim CPC
