1. Commercial Strategy

  • Develop and implement the Company's commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives.
  • Develop long-term commercial plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry developments.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Lead the Sales and Business Development teams in achieving sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and commercial agreements.

3. Revenue Growth

  • Develop pricing strategies and commercial proposals.
  • Maximize profitability through effective commercial planning.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth across all business segments.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve major customer issues and commercial escalations.
  • Strengthen long-term customer retention.

5. Financial & Commercial Performance

  • Prepare sales forecasts and commercial budgets.
  • Monitor revenue, margins, profitability, and sales performance.
  • Analyze commercial performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure achievement of financial and commercial KPIs.

6. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial, Sales, and Business Development teams.
  • Establish individual and team performance objectives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure smooth commercial execution.
  • Support strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure customer requirements are translated into operational execution.

8. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure commercial activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Review commercial contracts and mitigate business risks.
  • Maintain ethical business practices and corporate governance standards.
