Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually

Job Summary
We are seeking a Network Systems Automation Engineer who blends strong Python development skills with deep networking domain expertise to automate network configuration, change management, and observability across multi-vendor enterprise networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop network automation solutions using Python, Netmiko, Nornir, NAPALM, and Scrapli.
- Build automation for network configuration, deployment, and validation.
- Integrate with NETCONF, RESTCONF, gNMI, and vendor APIs.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, Terraform, and Jinja2.
- Manage source-of-truth platforms such as NetBox or Nautobot.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines, testing, and network validation.
- Automate compliance, monitoring, and telemetry.
- Collaborate with network teams and mentor engineers on automation best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- 5+ years of network automation experience.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Solid understanding of routing, switching, and BGP.
- Experience with Netmiko, Nornir, NAPALM, or Scrapli.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Jinja2, Git, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with NetBox, Nautobot, and modern network APIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco DevNet or similar automation certifications.
- Experience with Cisco, Arista, or Juniper environments.
- Knowledge of streaming telemetry, cloud networking, and open-source network automation tools.
