Responsibilities
- Data Pipelines: Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs and results.
- Deployment & Integration: Help deploy AI agents into production environments and integrate them into existing workflows.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Evaluate model performance, test for accuracy, and tweak algorithms for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for AI model architectures, data pipelines, and deployment processes
- Scale: Build highly scalable solutions that can leverage large data sets effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field
- Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in software development, AI, or machine learning
- Practical experience with LLM-based systems
- Data Handling: Working knowledge of SQL, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, .NET is a plus
- Work experience in a cloud environment, preferably AWS; CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring/observability
- Independent, self-managing contributor
- Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling; familiarity with NoSQL technologies

- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
