About the Opportunity

Bridge Et Al is partnering with a globally recognized professional and membership-based organization operating in the people, leadership, and workforce development space.

The organization is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide interim support to its India operations during a critical phase of business continuity and people management. This role requires a well-rounded HR practitioner who can seamlessly manage day-to-day HR operations while partnering with business leaders.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR leader who enjoys working in dynamic, knowledge-driven environments and can quickly establish credibility with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Ensure effective administration of HR policies, processes, records, and compliance requirements.

  • Support onboarding, employee transitions, and offboarding activities.

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to manage recruitment activities and hiring processes.

  • Support candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Performance Management & Compensation

  • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance discussions.

  • Partner with business leaders to ensure effective execution of performance processes and employee development conversations.

  • Support compensation-related activities including annual salary reviews, benchmarking inputs, compensation recommendations, and reward processes.

  • Assist leaders in making fair and informed compensation decisions aligned with organizational guidelines and market practices.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate and support learning initiatives, capability-building programs, and employee development activities.

  • Partner with leaders to identify development priorities and learning needs.

Employee Engagement

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

  • Assist with communication and change management activities where required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.

  • Strong experience in:

    • HR Operations

    • Talent Acquisition

    • Performance Management

    • Compensation & Rewards

    • Learning & Development

    • HR Business Partnering

  • Experience working in professional services, consulting, learning, membership, or knowledge-driven organizations will be advantageous.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and people practices.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to operate independently and effectively in an interim assignment.
