We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Lead to join our team. The Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently, and that our warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized manner. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily production operations to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Oversee the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are maintained at the optimal level.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that any mechanical issues are addressed promptly.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that production is meeting its goals and objectives.
  • Identify and address any issues that may impact production operations, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse management role, preferably as a Production Supervisor.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to ensure that equipment is properly maintained.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in logistics or a related field is desirable.
