YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain, audit and manage vendor special pricing (supports) and rebates (CUPS) for assigned customers. Adjust for changes in the market.
  • Consolidate, request, collect, and approve accrued rebates (CUPS) monthly and investigate differences in amounts requested and received, if any.
  • Proactively review expiring special pricing and work to renew it with product management.
  • Ensure purchase orders (POs) contain correct pricing.
  • Maintain, audit, and update vendor master file and information.
  • Research and resolve pricing discrepancies when a vendor price confirmation or invoice is different than the price on our PO.
  • Assist with entering vendor price increases into appropriate systems and implement mass prices changes.
  • Provide general assistance to the Pricing Department and its functions.
  • Participate in the end of month closing processes.
  • Assist with the customer invoicing procedures and tasks to ensure customers are billed in a correct and timely manner.

YOUR PROFILE

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree (required) or higher (preferred) in finance, supply chain, mathematics, general business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years relatable administrative support experience (preferred).
  • Detailed-oriented mindset with critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to self-manage workload.
  • Strong initiative and organizations skills.
  • High sense of urgency, decisiveness.
  • The ability to gather, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Have demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel.
