Shift: 3PM - 12:30AM
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for setup and operating CNC production machines to manufacture parts to meet customer orders. Experience preferred. We offer a competitive shift differential for applicable schedules, along with overtime opportunities based on business needs.
Job Duties:
- Maintain production equipment to meet customer orders.
- Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, material specifications, drawings, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting dimensions and tolerances.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufactures instructions; troubleshooting malfunction.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic math
- Blueprint reading
- Basic knowledge of G and M codes.
- Utilize various measuring gages.
- Attention to detail and communication skills, oral and written.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years experience as a CNC machine operator
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.
Local Pay Range
$20—$27 USD
