Location: Houston, Texas

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite – 5 days a week

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RMA Technician to join our team. This position involves testing and troubleshooting returned valves and actuators, generating comprehensive evaluation reports, and maintaining meticulous records of all Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform product testing and troubleshooting of returned valves and actuators.
  • Generate comprehensive evaluation reports on tested products.
  • Maintain accurate records for all RMA cases and determine warranty status.
  • Process credits for failed parts or assemblies in accordance with company policy.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • Permanent work authorization for the USA is required.
  • Ability to read basic electric/electronic wiring diagrams.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Familiarity with relational database programs for tracking and processing field returns.
  • Previous experience with valves, actuators, and controls is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment related to industrial products is advantageous.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or less periodically.
