Job Description
Zur Unterstützung unserer Tätigkeiten in der Produktion suchen wir eine:n Produktionsingenieur:in, welche:r folgende Funktionen erfüllt:
- Produktionsan- und -auslaufplanung
- Übernahme von Produkt und Prozesspatenschaften einschließlich Arbeitsplänen, Prüfplänen und Dokumentation
- Planung und Umsetzung von Neu- und Änderungsprozessen
- Betreuung des Design Transfers aus der Produktionsperspektive
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse
- Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Abweichungen im Fertigungsprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Einkauf
- Erstellung von Kennzahlen und Auswertungen zur Bewertung und Optimierung der Prozessperformance
- Unterstützung von Lieferantenentwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Mitwirkung bei Prozess FMEAs und Übernahme der FMEA Patenschaft für den Bereich Produktion
- Wertstrommanagement (Werstromanalyse und -visualisierung)
- Einhaltung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Forderungen
- Mitwirkung bei Neu-, Verbesserungs- und Änderungsprojekten
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in ähnlicher Tätigkeit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik
- Erfahrung als Produktionsingenieur:in ist von Vorteil
- Interesse für die Bereiche Elektronik, Mechanik und IT
- Kenntnisse und nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und bei der Durchführung von technischen Neu-, Verbesserungs- und Änderungsprojekten
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Windows und Office (idealerweise auch mit ERP und CAQ Systemen wie SAP und Babtec)
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in Problemlösungsmethodik
- Konzeptionelle, systematische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Lean Management
- Gute organisatorische und planerische Fähigkeiten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit
