On-Time Completion of Validation Testing: ≥ 95%
CAPA Effectiveness ≥90%
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Manage document control, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using root cause analysis and effectiveness verification.
Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
