Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
Develop, maintain, and update work instructions, process standards, and technical documentation.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, scrap rate, quality, and productivity, and drive corrective actions.
Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and production transfers to ensure smooth implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and EHS to achieve operational goals.
Evaluate and validate equipment, tooling, layouts, and process capabilities to ensure stable and efficient operations.
Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues.
Support cost reduction, capacity expansion, and productivity improvement projects aligned with plant objectives.
