Stellenbeschreibung
- Du bearbeitest die Garantieanfragen von Junkers- und Buderus-Kunden, die zum größten Teil per Mail oder Fax eingehen. Nach einer gewissenhaften Überprüfung der Berechtigung des Kunden versendest du entsprechend die Bestätigung oder Ablehnung der Anfrage.
- Du kümmerst dich ebenso um auftretende Sonderfälle und bearbeitest diese bis zur Klärung.
- Bei unklaren Sachverhalten kontaktierst du das 2nd Level von Bosch Thermotechnik.
Qualifikationen
- Persönlichkeit: Sympathisch, freundlich, loyal, teamfähig
- Arbeitsweise: Selbständig, mit Ausdauer, hohe Eigenmotivation
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse zwingend erforderlich, Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP oder CRM-Systemen wünschenswert
- Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag von 8 und 16:45 Uhr
