The Department Logistics Transport (MA/LOT-EMEA) implements new transport processes, coordinates tenders, organizes direct deliveries. Its range of responsibilities includes: steering customer deliveries, controlling logistics service providers, load carriers management with partners, transport damage management and other processes.
Job Description
The job posting is for internal MA employees.
- 1st level support for transport topics
- Handling of Track & Trace requests
- Organization of special transport in case of urgent customer demands
- Handling of transport damage claims
- Organization of return deliveries
- Coordination and tracking of the forwarder performance
Qualifications
- General understanding and interest in logistics processes
- Experiences in communication with logistics service provider
- High customer orientation and flexibility
- English skills are mandatory, German skills highly appreciated
