Boqueria® Restaurant
As a host/hostess, it will be your mission at Boqueria® to provide a warm and friendly welcome when guests arrive or call in with questions. You'll make sure guests who are waiting to be seated are made comfortable, informed, and feel taken care of. You'll also be a part of and contribute to our positive work culture.
What we're looking for:
- Friendly and inviting in person and over the phone
- Able to manage guest seating and wait times
- Team player; you have your team's back, and they have yours
- Ability to learn quickly & be flexible
- A good sense of humor
- Must be at least 18 years old

Boqueria® is one of the leading Spanish tapas restaurant groups on the East Coast, with 11 locations spread throughout NYC, DC, Chicago, Nashville, Boston, West Hartford, & Atlanta . Boqueria is a lively tapas bar, inspired by the buzzy atmosphere and great food of the Barcelona "Kioskos" surrounding the renowned food market "El Mercado de la Boqueria."

Founded in 2006, Boqueria is an homage to founder Yann de Rochefort’s childhood summers spent exploring Barcelona’s local food markets. To bring to life his vision, Yann partnered with Spanish Chefs including Marc Vidal to develop a menu that marries classic Spanish dishes with seasonal, local market ingredients. Fourteen years later, Boqueria has become an institution, with locations across Washington D.C., Manhattan, and Chicago. Each location is a unique reflection of Yann’s passion for Spain and architectural design.
