  • Compensation base equivalent of $36k for the first 2–4 weeks; after training, this position transitions to 100% commission with annual earning potential of $60k to $100k+

We are looking for a motivated Repair Technician: Gutters and Siding to become part of our growing team. As a Repair Technician, you will travel locally to customer locations in a company-provided vehicle, inspecting gutter and siding systems, identifying repair needs, and completing high-quality repair work that delivers exceptional customer service. This field-based technician role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to build trust with homeowners by providing honest recommendations and maintaining a positive customer service experience throughout every project. Responsibilities include performing gutter and siding inspections, diagnosing issues, completing repairs safely and efficiently while working at heights, documenting repair findings, and ensuring every repair meets company quality standards. The technician will represent Bone Dry Roofing professionally during every customer service interaction and on every job site. Qualified candidates should have 1–2 years of roofing, gutter, siding, or related repair experience, be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights, possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Strong communication abilities, dedication to customer service, willingness to work overtime when needed, and availability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season are required. This position is performed primarily at work sites in a physically demanding environment with exposure to changing weather conditions. The Repair Technician must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb ladders to assess work needs, and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements while traveling to and from work sites.
