This is an opportunity to work directly with automotive retailers, helping leadership teams and frontline employees strengthen customer experience, employee engagement, operational execution, and dealership culture through consulting, facilitation, training, and performance improvement strategies. 

About the Role 
As a Customer Experience & Dealership Performance Consultant, you will partner with dealership leadership teams and employees to deliver impactful training, facilitate strategic discussions, identify performance opportunities, and support the execution of customer experience initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping dealerships translate insights into action and achieve measurable business results. 
This is a multi-month contract role ideal for experienced consultants, trainers, facilitators, dealership professionals, or automotive performance experts who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy travel, and are passionate about helping teams improve performance and customer outcomes.  Key Qualifications 
• 10+ years of experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, customer experience, training, facilitation, consulting, leadership development, or organizational effectiveness. 
• Demonstrated success delivering dealership improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, employee engagement, operational performance, or culture transformation. 
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage executive leaders, managers, and frontline employees. 
• Experience leading workshops, training sessions, performance reviews, action-planning sessions, and team meetings. 
• Ability to quickly establish credibility, build relationships, and influence action across all levels of a dealership. 
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and guide practical solutions. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, priorities, reporting requirements, and multiple client relationships. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, CRM systems, and presentation tools. 
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel extensively. 

Preferred Experience 
• Automotive dealership consulting, training, and coaching experience. 
• Experience as a dealer consultant/trainer/facilitator/coach, fixed operations consultant, sales consultant, trainer, facilitator, or performance improvement specialist. 
• Retail, hospitality, franchise, or customer-facing multi-location business experience. • Prior experience working as an independent consultant or contractor. 
• Experience delivering instructor-led training and facilitating adult learning programs.

• Travel to assigned dealership locations throughout the United States. 
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions focused on customer experience, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, dealership culture, and operational execution. 
• Facilitate leadership meetings, employee workshops, roundtables, and action-planning sessions. 
• Conduct dealership observations and assess customer and employee experience opportunities. 
• Partner with dealership leadership to identify priorities, develop action plans, and support execution against program objectives and key performance indicators. 
• Translate data, observations, and feedback into clear recommendations that drive measurable improvement. 
• Build strong relationships with dealership leaders and employees to encourage participation, accountability, and sustained progress. 
• Maintain detailed documentation, visit summaries, recommendations, and client communications within designated systems. 
• Participate in consultant onboarding, team meetings, calibration sessions, and client-facing discussions as required.  Why Join the Bond Consulting Team?
