Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Evening availability required (until 9 PM)
  • Weekend availability required

What You’ll Do
This is a consultative style appointment setting position.
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
  • Handle inbound inquiries
  • Ask discovery questions and build rapport
  • Educate prospects on our services
  • Book same-day or next-day consultations
  • Overcome objections confidently and professionally
  • Maintain strong show rates
  • Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.

What We’re Looking For
  • Outbound call center experience preferred
  • Comfortable in high-volume dialing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Persuasive but professional
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Evening (until 9 PM) & weekend availability required
  • Bilingual a plus

Compensation
  • Hourly base
  • Additional bonus for every consultation that arrives and same-day consultations
  • Average earning potential: $40,000 - $65,000 per year
