Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days per week in our Maitland office, 1 remote day
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $75,000–$90,000, depending on experience
- Serve as the primary business coach and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of franchise owners.
- Maintain frequent, structured communication through coaching sessions, business reviews and regular interaction.
- Develop a strong understanding of each franchisee's business, market, goals and performance challenges.
- Establish measurable action plans and hold franchisees accountable for execution.
- Identify underperforming locations early and develop performance-improvement plans.
- Identify best practices from successful locations and help replicate them throughout the system.
- Help franchisees improve revenue, profitability and overall business performance.
- Review franchisee P&Ls and operational performance.
- Coach franchisees on the key financial drivers of their businesses.

- Coach franchisees and their teams on lead management, sales execution, follow-up and conversion.
- Help franchisees establish annual, quarterly and monthly business goals.
- Work with franchise owners and the marketing team to evaluate marketing and lead performance.
- Help franchisees understand lead quality, conversion and marketing ROI.
- Support execution of approved marketing programs.
- Coach franchisees on community marketing, referral development, partnerships and other local business-development opportunities.
- Help identify whether performance gaps originate from marketing, sales or operational execution.
- Support franchisees through the site-selection process in coordination with approved real estate partners.
- Help evaluate prospective locations from an operational and business perspective.
- Coordinate communication among franchisees, Bodenvy and outside real estate, construction and development partners.
- Help facilitate the process from lease execution through design, permitting, construction and buildout.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones and dependencies and help identify issues that could delay openings.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, construction-management partners, equipment providers, technology vendors and other partners as appropriate.
- Support franchisees through pre-opening activities including staffing, training, marketing, technology, vendors, equipment and operational readiness.
- Maintain visibility into pre-opening milestones and help ensure franchisees are prepared to open.
- Provide increased coaching and support during the first several months after opening.
- Monitor early performance and help new locations establish strong operating, sales and management disciplines.
- Coach franchisees on implementing Bodenvy operating systems, standards and best practices.
- Help improve staffing, scheduling, productivity and location management.
- Reinforce proper use of company systems, technology, SOPs and reporting tools.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and work with franchisees and internal teams to develop solutions.
- Establish clear expectations, action items and deadlines.
- Follow up consistently on commitments and address missed expectations.

- 3+ years of experience in franchise operations, franchise business coaching, multi-unit operations, business consulting or a comparable operating role.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to read and interpret a P&L.
- Experience using KPIs and financial data to improve business performance.
- Experience coaching or influencing business owners, managers or senior operators.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple franchisees, projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable having difficult conversations and holding business owners accountable.
- Strong follow-through and attention to commitments and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and outside partners.
- Ability to work from our Maitland office four days per week.
- Ability to travel periodically.
- Previous Franchise Business Coach or Franchise Business Consultant experience.
- Experience in a multi-unit franchise organization.
- Retail franchise experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting the complete new-unit development lifecycle—from site selection through construction/buildout, pre-opening, grand opening and post-opening stabilization.
- Experience working with real estate brokers, architects, contractors, construction-management firms and other partners involved in opening retail locations.
- Experience managing or coordinating multiple locations through different stages of development.
- Experience in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, fitness, healthcare, beauty, hospitality or another consumer-service business.
- Experience in a high-ticket consultative sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Builds credibility with entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Uses data to diagnose problems and identify root causes.
- Can move comfortably between strategic discussions and detailed execution.
- Understands deadlines, project dependencies and the importance of opening locations on schedule.
- Is comfortable challenging franchisees respectfully when needed.
- Follows through consistently.
- Can manage numerous franchisees, projects and priorities without losing track of commitments.
- Naturally looks for best practices that can be replicated across the system.
- Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems.
