Job Purpose
Ensures the accurate and efficient administration of music content usage for Networks, Producers, and Performing Rights Organizations and other relevant entities. Manage issues across various company-owned and third-party systems while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity. Key responsibilities also include managing music labeling and music manager tasks to support integration projects and metadata enrichment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform tasks related to Music Box Licensing Hub.
- Conduct chart monitoring and handle various types of track acquisition tasks, including charts, promotional tracks, and Music Integrations activities.
- Generate reports through the system (NEO/DA).
- Perform music track cleansing services and interested party review/research.
- Support the team to achieve deadlines and maintain a zero-error environment to provide high-quality service to users.
- Maintain effective and active communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Content Support Manager/Team Lead and perform related duties as assigned.
- Perform all assigned ad-hoc tasks received by the team.
- Curate music libraries for different clients, including assigning relevant labels.
- Perform all aspects of issue management-related tasks.
- Attend meetings to discuss project progress and tasks related to future projects.
- Raise system issues with relevant personnel.
- Maintain a secure environment for information handling while working towards company goals.
Job Requirements
- GCE A/Ls or GCE O/Ls with a certificate or diploma in IT, Project Management, or Business Management.
- Proficiency in raising and tracking technical queries using Jira will be an added advantage.
- Basic technical proficiency with the ability to support project execution and cross-functional tasks.
- Good communication skills in English language (Verbal / Written).
- Hands-on experience with Google Spreadsheets and Documents.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and work extra hours when required.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced level of attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a pleasant personality.
