About the Role

As our Office Manager (OM), you'll be a key leader in ensuring smooth, efficient clinic operations while supporting our clients, families, and administrative and clinical team. You'll assist in supporting our clients and staff through:

  • Supervising administrative and support staff, delegating daily tasks, and maintaining quality standards
  • Managing client intake, provider scheduling, productivity tracking, waitlists, and overall clinic workflow
  • Coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining medical records, and overseeing billing and payment procedures
  • Monitoring inventory and managing recurring supply orders
  • Collaborating with marketing and community partners, utilizing performance dashboards, and supporting outreach and event planning

Requirements

  • Healthcare/business management or medical billing experience preferred
  • Spanish speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Minimum of 3 years of Administrative and/or Office Management experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000-70,000
