About the Role:
Blowology Dry Bar in San Francisco, CA is looking for a talented and passionate Color Bar Specialist to join our vibrant team! This is your chance to showcase your color artistry in a fun, fast-paced salon environment where clients leave feeling confident and beautiful. Responsibilities:
  • Perform a full range of hair color services including highlights, balayage, color corrections, and glossing treatments
  • Consult with clients to understand their color goals and recommend personalized services
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked color bar station
  • Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up
  • Stay current on the latest color trends, techniques, and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with blowout stylists to deliver a seamless, full-service client experience
  • Uphold salon standards for sanitation, safety, and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Valid California Cosmetology License required
  • Proven experience in hair coloring, highlights, and color correction techniques
  • Strong knowledge of color theory and professional color product lines
  • Excellent communication and client consultation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented salon environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional with a passion for the beauty industry
  • Portfolio of color work preferred
