Position Overview & Responsibilities
The Field Work Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities performed by Bloom Energy at customer locations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
The role involves managing field operations that are pre-defined and communicated to site personnel in advance. As a representative of Bloom Energy, the supervisor will also be responsible for obtaining site access approvals and work permits from the client or site owner prior to commencing any work.
This is a project-based, fixed-term position with an initial contract period of one (1) year, which may be extended for an additional six (6) months to one (1) year depending on project requirements. Employment will conclude upon completion of the project.
Responsibilities include
1. Site Work Management as Bloom Energy’s On-Site Representative
o Manage site access procedures and obtain required work permits from the site owner
o Ensure worksite safety by preventing unsafe behaviors and leading daily Toolbox Meetings
2. Rework Execution Management at Site
o Oversee work quality by ensuring compliance with established work procedures and verifying workmanship
o Manage parts and materials by identifying required components and coordinating requests
o Report work progress by maintaining work records and providing regular status reports
Qualifications
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field locations
· Prior experience in field operations (e.g., manufacturing facilities or construction sites)
· Experience leading site-based work teams, including direct participation in field activities, task execution, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational oversight.
· Solid understanding of safety management practices and responsibilities
· Basic understanding of quality management principles and processes
Preferred
· Possession of certifications related to safety management
· Relevant certifications in industrial or technical fields
· Experience in safety or quality management at construction or industrial sites
Job Conditions
· Duration: Duration: 1 year, with a possible extension of 6 months to 1 year, subject to project requirements
· Work Schedule: 5 days/week (Mon–Fri), 08:00–17:00
· Start Date: September 2026
· Location: Korea (Business travel is required)
· Compensation: Approximately KRW 4,000,000 gross per month
