Mid-Market Account Executive

Los Angeles +2 · Hybrid$150k – $150k + Equity

About this role

We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive with 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience to close qualified inbound deals at one of the first multiplayer AI agent companies. Blockit is Sequoia-backed, Series A, and has crossed $1M ARR with zero outbound — everything comes through virality. You'll join a team of 16, work alongside an interim CRO (ex-VP Sales at Superhuman), and sell into financial services firms and tech companies with ACVs ranging from $20K-$100K. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage AI company with massive upside, uncapped commission, and a product that sells itself.

What will you be doing?

Converting qualified inbound pipeline into customers through consultative discovery — understanding how companies relate to their time and mapping Blockit's agent to their specific scheduling pain points

Running 30-day pilots with groups of up to 10 people, quarterbacking the full deal cycle from demo through close on 45-60 day sales cycles

Conducting deep discovery calls with prospects (e.g., Anthropic, Andreessen Horowitz, Ramp) to identify use cases across recruiting, sales, and executive scheduling

Navigating multi-stakeholder deals — delineating between buyer, end-user, and decision-maker to effectively close mid-market contracts

Sharing product feedback with the engineering team to help shape the roadmap as the product evolves toward enterprise readiness
