GTM Strategy and Operations

Los Angeles +2 · Hybrid$150k – $180k + Equity

About this role

What we're looking for:

We need someone with 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, or strategy consulting who has built go-to-market systems from scratch at a high-growth startup. You should be comfortable operating with high ambiguity and near-zero oversight, and have a track record of accelerating deal velocity and standing up scalable GTM infrastructure. Bonus points if you have experience managing outside counsel/security vendors or building AI agents for go-to-market workflows.

What you'll do:

Build out the GTM tooling stack from the ground up — configuring CRM, instrumenting pipeline, and bridging data across sales, customer success, and product feedback systems

Take ownership of the legal and security review process to close enterprise deals faster — managing outside counsel, security consultants, and driving redlines and questionnaires to completion

Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to build reliable pipeline forecasting, account health scoring, and quarterly business review tooling

Create AI agents and automations to handle repeatable GTM workflows (lead qualification, security questionnaire drafting, product feedback routing) so the team stays lean and fast

Lead activation strategy for large enterprise accounts — turning 10 power users into full organizational adoption

Identify and prioritize the highest-impact GTM problems independently, then go solve them end-to-end without waiting for direction
