Role Overview

The Training Centers & Educational Consultancy Compliance Inspector will support the customer in inspections related to training centers, institutes, educational consultancy offices and admission-service providers.

The role focuses on regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, evidence verification, documentation and identification of non-compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in inspections for licence renewal and new-licence requirements.
  • Review licensing and compliance documentation.
  • Review previous findings and Corrective Action Plans where applicable.
  • Conduct pre-visit document and evidence reviews.
  • Participate in on-site inspections of training centers, institutes and consultancy offices.
  • Verify compliance against applicable customer regulatory requirements.
  • Review supporting documentation and institutional records.
  • Identify gaps, risks and areas of non-compliance.
  • Document inspection evidence accurately.
  • Support preparation of clear, evidence-based findings.
  • Provide input into recommendations and follow-up activities.
  • Escalate serious compliance issues to the customer team.
  • Maintain professional communication with inspected organizations.
  • Participate in required customer briefings and calibration activities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Quality Assurance, Higher Education Management, Public Policy or another relevant discipline.
  • Relevant QA, audit, risk-management or accreditation training/certifications are preferred.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in one or more of:
    • Regulatory inspection
    • Education services
    • Training providers
    • Licensing and compliance
    • Educational consultancy
    • Quality assurance
    • Institutional audits
