About this role

The ATP / TVET Compliance Inspector will support the customer in the inspection and compliance assessment of Accredited Training Providers (ATPs) and TVET-related institutions.

The inspector should have strong practical knowledge of quality assurance, accreditation, regulatory compliance and performance assessment within vocational, technical or professional education environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in mid-cycle reviews and compliance inspections of ATPs.
  • Review institutional information before inspection visits.
  • Verify KPI data and supporting evidence.
  • Review compliance against applicable customer regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate institutional processes, governance and operational practices.
  • Conduct evidence gathering, sampling and document verification.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks and areas of non-compliance.
  • Participate in on-site inspection activities.
  • Engage professionally with training-provider representatives.
  • Maintain accurate and traceable inspection evidence.
  • Support evidence-based reporting for assigned inspection areas.
  • Identify and escalate significant findings or anomalies.
  • Support CAP verification and follow-up where required.
  • Participate in customer training and calibration activities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Education, Quality Assurance, Higher Education Management, Public Policy or a related discipline.
  • Relevant training/certification in Quality Assurance, Audit, Risk Management or Accreditation.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in:
  • TVET quality assurance
  • Accredited training providers
  • Education accreditation
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Institutional effectiveness
  • Education audits
  • KPI and performance assessment
  • Government/regulatory experience is preferred.
  • UAE/GCC education-sector experience is highly desirable.
