About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking Labourer to assist with underground utility construction, including water, sewer, and storm systems. You’ll work alongside operators, pipelayers, and supervisors to support trenching and pipe installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with trenching and excavation work
- Help install water, sewer, and storm pipes
- Load/unload materials and tools
- Use hand tools (shovels, tampers, saws, etc.)
- Maintain site cleanliness and organization
- Direct traffic or equipment when required
- Follow instructions from Topman, Foreman, and operators
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous construction or labour experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
