About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment on construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving materials such as soil, gravel, and debris to support ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate wheel loaders and other heavy equipment to move, load, and stockpile materials
- Load trucks and ensure proper weight distribution
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance (lubrication, fluid checks)
- Follow all safety procedures and site regulations
- Assist with grading, leveling, and site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience operating loaders or heavy equipment
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good coordination and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
