About this role
This is a remote position.
Source qualified talent across our sector desks, from technology and finance to energy, healthcare, and built environment.
Hunt where others don't. LinkedIn Recruiter+, Boolean, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and the channels most people never open.
Build talent pools for live roles and the roles we know are coming. Our pipeline is our asset, not a task.
Screen with judgment against the real brief, not the CV. Shortlist on evidence and fit, not keyword matches.
Keep the data honest. Clean, tagged, and current in the ATS. If it is not in the ATS, it did not happen.
Work in sync with recruiters on priority, strategy, and where the market is tight. You are a partner in the search, not a form-filler.
Deliver on the clock. Quality profiles, quickly, the first time. Structured speed, never a scramble.
Requirements
1 to 3 years in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or executive search.
Agency-tested. You have lived inside an agency or staffing environment and know the pace.
ATS-fluent. Zoho Recruit or a comparable ATS is second nature.
A real sourcer. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and candidate mapping are tools you have already mastered.
Organised under pressure. You can run multiple mandates at once without dropping the ball or the standard.
Grounded. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent proven in the work.
